Returns

We don’t do change-of-heart returns. All sales are final unless your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or looking like it crawled out of the wrong grave.

If that happens, email us at hello@atomicflora.co within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and ready to make its way back to us in one piece.

To process any return, we require proof of purchase. Without it, your request may remain buried.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and is properly inspected by our undead team, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, a refund will be issued back to your original method of payment.

Just like floral decay, refunds take time. If it’s taking longer than expected, check with your bank or credit card provider first before reaching out. If it’s still ghosting you, email us.

Exchanges


We only exchange items that arrive damaged or defective. If you’d like the same item sent again, reach out to hello@atomicflora.co and we’ll make it right.

Shipping a Return

If you’re sending something back, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. Shipping fees are not refundable. For anything valued over seventy-five dollars, we recommend using a trackable service or adding insurance. We cannot guarantee returned items will reach us without it.
